Reading Cheder Celebrated Yom Ha'atzma'ut on 8 May 2011, enjoying blue and white decorated chocolate cake, and Israeli dancing organised by Rabbi Zvi

On 8 May 2011, the Ivrit Bet class at Reading Cheder had their first siyyum, having successfully completed study of the Shema and its brachot, kiddush, modeh ani, mah tovu, and general brachot. The class were also presented with their new books, in which they will learn the Amidah and other topics. Mazal tov to the class. Also pictured is Rabbi Zvi Solomons, their teacher.
